Derrick Parker has truly been a great mentor in every aspect. From the beginning, he’s not only helped develop my game but also shaped my mindset & approach to life. His commitment to seeing me/us succeed, both on & off the court, has been unwavering, and I’m forever grateful for the guidance, care, and wisdom!!

His focus on mental health & making sure I’m okay, not just as a player but as a person, has had (and still has) a huge impact on my life. I’ve grown so much throughout the years with the mental toughness I’ve learned from him (again, not just in basketball but in how I approach challenges in life).

I say all of that to say… he’s more than just a coach, more than a mentor—he’s family! 1 of 1! I’d recommend anyone who’s serious about growth, in all areas, to consider DP!!
